I have been getting the run around from Isela Lopez since December 2022. They decided to mail a check for $4,627 instead of the $8,292 that was issued to them by my home insurance. The letter that accompanied the check indicated to contact them if there were any issues. They left no contact information on the letter. They have had the funds since 2020. Yes, it has been almost 4 years, and they have not attempted to return the full amount nor repair the roof. (And at this point, I don't trust their craftsmanship because their customer service has left little to be desired.) Their claim that they had attempted to contact us over the years are false. My spouse and I have had the same contact information for over a decade. The next step is to leave reviews on Tik Tok, Facebook, Next door, Instagram until I receive the FULL amount. Don't tell me to "talk to your lawyer," and then try to slide me a check for 1/2 the amount.
